Inside the parcel was 9 in 1 push up board itself, rubber pieces for providing sustainable state on any floor cover like parquet, laminate, linoleum, stone etc and the training instruction. The handle bars are covered by the rubber. If you wanna be in a good body shape than it's definitely worth of buying. Take care yourself!

The goods came very quickly, three weeks to St. Petersburg. The packaging was slightly damaged, but the board itself and the components are intact. The only drawback was that one of the handles had a slight marriage (did not have an appropriate protective coating against slipping), but this situation was solved without problems with the store: sent a new pen (received without marriage).
